Domestic Shipping & Discreet Packaging All orders ship in 100% plain, discreet packaging with a neutral return address. There is no mention of the shop name or the contents on the outside of the box—discreet shipping is our standard, so you never have to ask. Processing & Fulfillment: To maintain our hands-on crafting standards, we typically consolidate and drop off packages at the post office once per week (Monday through Friday). Standard Shipping: US domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage by default, which includes tracking and carrier insurance. Custom & Out-of-Stock Items: While standard items ship on our weekly schedule, custom builds or temporary out-of-stock items generally require 2 to 4 weeks to handcraft before shipping. If you need an order rushed or overnighted, please email us before purchasing for a custom shipping quote.
International Orders & Customs (DDU) We welcome international orders, but please review our global shipping terms before completing your checkout: Taxes & Duties (DDU): All international orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Prices are listed in USD, and your local government or customs office may assess import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These fees are entirely outside of our control, and buyers are solely responsible for paying them to release the package. Transit Times: International shipments generally handle via FedEx or USPS and can take up to 15 business days once processed. Tip: We highly recommend adding a replacement acrylic blade to your cart for international knife orders to save on future transit costs! Restricted Regions: Due to ongoing customs clearances, all shipments to the United Kingdom are temporarily suspended. If your country is not actively listed at checkout, please reach out via email prior to ordering so we can verify if shipping is available to your region.
Secure Payment Methods To offer you the most flexibility despite platform limitations regarding adult/novelty items, we provide both automatic and secure manual payment pathways: PayPal Checkout: Our primary, automated gateway for fast and secure processing. Manual Payments: If you prefer to pay via Credit Card, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle, select the Manual Payment option at checkout. Because our platform's automated system limits direct integration for our specific product types, we will securely process these payment methods with you manually after your order is placed. Please make sure to check your email, including spam folder, for the payment information. You will have to use your app manually to send the money for the order.
Returns, Damages & Order Cancellations Due to the intimate, custom, and specialized nature of our items, all sales are final once shipped. However, we want you to love your gear—if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us so we can explore alternative options to try to fit your needs. Damaged Shipments: If an item is damaged during transit, the shipping carrier requires the recipient to file the insurance claim directly. Please notify us immediately if this happens, and we will gladly work alongside you to provide documentation and get a replacement part moving. Cancellations & Pre-Fulfillment Refunds: If you request a cancellation before your order has been built or shipped, we can process a partial refund. Please note that total refunds are not available because payment processors (PayPal, Venmo, etc.) no longer refund transaction merchant fees; your partial refund will deduct those few dollars kept by the processor.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay the secondary shipping cost to re-ship the item.
