Payments​

All prices are in USD. We currently do not take credit cards directly, instead use PayPal. We are also happy to take offline payments in person, Cashapp, and Paypal. We can set up other systems on request. Please check your email for the pay links after ordering if you do offline. We also accept deposits/partial payments - send us a message before finalizing your order if you have to layaway/split payments.

International

All prices are in USD. We have a new shipping service that is much simpler for all international orders now! The minimum is $25, and goes up to about $40 for long/larger items. We highly recommend adding a replacement blade for international orders for acrylic knives!

 

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax in New York state for NY sales.

Will Call

We can also schedule pickups - we are in Brooklyn, NY. If you want to pay in person, please use the offline payment/cash option at checkout. We're also open to attending events, classes, or doing demonstrations - email us at chaotic (dot) kink (at) gmail.com for interest.

Lead Times

For in-stock items, we will typically make 1-2 post office runs per week, Monday - Friday. We can rush/overnight for additional charge. For custom items or if we are temporarily out of stock of a regularly stocked item, most items are 2-4 weeks, but are ultimately at our discretion.

All US domestic packages ship by USPS Priority mail by default, which includes 2-3 day shipping and insurance.

International orders are usually Fedex, USPS, or UPS and can take up to 10-15 days, and are insured.

​Returns and Refunds

We cannot accept returns on shipped products due to the nature of the use of these products. If you aren't happy with your order, contact us to see if there are different options we have to suit your needs.

If something is damaged in shipping, the shipping carrier requires you to file the claim yourself. Please let us know and we will work with you to get a replacement part.

If we haven't fulfilled your order and you want a Refund and cancel your order, we can process a partial refund, but not total refunds, due to merchant fees - this is usually a few dollars, based on the percentage that Paypal/Venmo takes.
