Care & Use Notes:
- All knives are approximately 8" (203mm) in overall length, and 1.1 oz (31g) in weight.
- Do not use as a paddle, slapper, or other impact toy.
- We sell replacement blades. We offer no warranty on the blade - if it is broken upon arrival, you need to file a claim to the shipping carrier.
- Caring for the item is as easy as using mild all-purpose cleaner or disinfectant wipes. Do not leave in extreme heat environments for extended periods of time. To get a streak free appearance, use a window cleaner on a paper towel for the blade. Avoid isopropyl alcohol and other solvents.

You still should exercise caution and care with an acrylic blade, as injuries can happen, and they can draw blood and cut skin with hard enough use. We cannot accept returns on shipped products due to the nature of the use of these products. If you aren't happy with your order, contact us to see if there are different options we have to suit your needs.
If something is damaged in shipping, the shipping carrier requires you to file the claim yourself. Please let us know and we will work with you to get a replacement part.
If we haven't fulfilled your order and you want a Refund and cancel your order, we can process a partial refund, but not total refunds, due to merchant fees - this is usually a few dollars, based on the percentage that Paypal/Venmo takes.
For in-stock items, we will typically make 1-2 post office runs per week, Monday - Friday. We can rush/overnight for additional charge. For custom items or if we are temporarily out of stock of a regularly stocked item, most items are 2-4 weeks, but are ultimately at our discretion.
All US domestic packages ship by USPS Priority mail by default, which includes 2-3 day shipping and insurance.
International orders are usually Fedex, USPS, or UPS and can take up to 10-15 days, and are insured.
